Steffen Zenner Properties began back in 1979 with the acquisition of a 5 unit apartment building in Madison, Wisconsin. After moving to the Twin Cities in 1981, it was our common goal to expand within the local property management business. From there, we continued to purchase and rehabilitate small apartment buildings in what we found to be the most desirable neighborhoods in St. Paul. Today, Steffen Zenner Properties proudly owns and manages hundreds of apartment home rentals while continuing to maintain the same high quality standards we’ve been committed to from the beginning.

With each apartment turnover we take the time and energy to make sure it meets our high standards. A thorough repainting and detailed cleaning is standard, but we also evaluate appliances, lighting, window coverings, and flooring updates every time a new resident moves in. We believe the quality of one apartment can be the judge of the quality of our entire business, so we strive to do a thorough job on every single unit. We accomplish this goal with dedicated on-site employees as well as carefully selected contracted service providers who we have worked with for many years.

We continue to take care of our residents’ needs after they move in by carefully choosing and training our on-site managers and having seasoned service technicians available to handle any maintenance request quickly as they arise. It is our goal to accomplish these tasks affordably and offer rent payments that help your budget, too.
